About the presenter

Leaha Maisonneuve, President of Rodicon Engineering Inc., is a hands-on building envelope consultant, who actively works with Designers, Owners, Contractors and Trades to help design and construct sound, durable buildings.

Leaha has over 17 years of experience in the consulting engineering and construction industry working on new construction, investigation, remedial and building envelope commissioning projects varying from small single family buildings to commercial low, mid & high-rise and light industrial and municipal facilities. Leaha is a fully trained Level 1 Thermographer and offers infrared (IR) scanning services of building envelopes and roofs as part of investigation and/or quality assurance services and provides testing services as part of new construction, building envelope commissioning and investigative work.
